Michal Rachon, a Law and Justice activist, has been charged for defaming Russian PM Vladimir Putin in Poland last September.
On 1 September, at the 70t WW II anniversary, former interior ministry spokesman Michal Rachon staged an unusual protest against Vladimir Putin’s visit to Poland. The Law and Justice activist put on a costume that resembled a penis with an inscription ‘Vladimir Putin.’
Meanwhile, two other protesters chanted: “Where’s the penis, Putin?”
The costume was an obscure reference to when the Russian secret services mocked a rally by Russian presidential candidate and former world chess champion Gary Kasparov by circling the event with a model helicopter with dildo attached.
Rachon faces from three months to three years in jail. (pg/mg)
