Nine days that changed the world is the title of a documentary film about Pope John Paul II, to be shown at the John Paul II Cultural Center in Washington.
Produced by Citizens United, Gingrich Productions and Peace River Company LLC, it was made by at the initiative of Newt Gingrich, a prominent Republican politician and former speaker of the House of Representatives.
Speakers at the film showing include Polish and American religious commentators, such as the Pope’s biographer George Weigel and Catholic theologian and sociologist Michael Novak. (mk)
