The Polish head of state is most trustworthy of all Polish politicians – shows the latest opinion poll by CBOS polling center.

 

The majority of Poles, that is 72%, trust Prime Minister Donald Tusk while only 15% do not. And 57% of respondents found Deputy Premier and Economy Minister Waldemar Pawlak trustworthy, whereas 55% would put their trust in the hands of former Health Minister Zbigniew Religa.

 

As for the least trustworthy politicians, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, head of the Law and Justice party and former prime minister, comes first with 54%, followed by his twin brother and Polish president, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, with 47%.

 

The next two politicians lined up are Przemyslaw Gosiewski and Ludwik Dorn of the Law and Justice party – 45% of respondents distrust them. Health minister Ewa Kopacz and Anti-Corruption Minister Julia Pitera experienced the biggest increase in public trust since the last survey conducted in December.

 

The poll was conducted at the beginning of January.
