Opposition leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski told Polish radio this morning that he is very alarmed about the attitude of the government formed by Civic Platform-Polish Peasant Party and accused it of ‘using the media to persecute the opposition’.
Jaroslaw Kaczynski was summing up the first six months of the government in Polish Radio 1.
The former PM also said that the present government shows little activity when it comes to proposing new bills and does not deliver on promises made during last autumn’s election campaign.
The leader of the opposition said that the only minister who is doing something concrete is the foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski, but added, ironically, that his actions are very harmful to Poland. (mo)
