In 2010 Chopin Year events are being planned on a large scale in Poland, but another major centre of celebrations is to be the Austrian capital Vienna.

Chopin lovers around the world unite: there are 40 Chopin Societies worldwide, including one in Kosovo. They are brought together by International Federation IFCS.
In Vienna, President of IFCS, professor Theodor Kanitzer tells News from Poland about the schedule for 2010 and in Warsaw IFCS Secretary General Elżbieta Artysz speaks about the special edition of their magazine “Chopin in the World”.
