Location shooting is under way in Warsaw for a feature film by the internationally renowned Polish director Agnieszka Holland.

Entitled Hidden, the film is based on the real-life story of Leopold Socha, a Pole who risked his own life and the lives of his loved ones in saving a group of Jewish men, woman and children, hiding them in the sewers of Lviv during World War Two. Holland describes the story as moving but not sentimental.
Hidden is a Polish-German-Canadian co-production. Ealier this year, the production team worked in Berlin and Leipzig. The film is expected to be premiered in a year's time.
