Russo-British automobile company Intrall is to manufacture trucks in Poland.
The plants are to be situated either in the Gdynia or the Szczecin Shipyards. Over 1,000 people will be employed in the factory.
In 2003, the Russo-British company acquired a factory from Daewoo Motor Poland in the eastern city of Lublin and produced FSC Lublin and Honker models there until 2007.
The production was closed due to stricter emission requirements and government’s requirement for military providers to be at least 50 percent owned by Polish interests. (mg)
