The trailer for the Polish WW II feature film General Nil is one of the four nominees for the Golden Trailer Awards in the Best Foreign Drama category.

Winners will be announced at the Award Show tomorrow at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles.

Directed by Ryszard Bugajski, General Nil tells the story of Emil ‘Nil’ Fieldorf, one of Poland’s greatest World War Two heroes. Deputy commander of the Home Army after the fall of the Warsaw Uprising in October 1944, he was executed by the communist regimes in 1953, aged 58. He is portrayed in the film by Olgierd Łukaszewicz.
