  • 07.04.2011

The organisers of the annual Coke Live Music Festival have confirmed some key names for this year’s event in the southern city of Krakow.

The Kooks, Interpol, White Lies and You Me At Six are amongst those that will be strutting their stuff in Krakow this August. More names are set to follow.

A former nominee for best overseas event in the UK Festival Awards, Coke Live kicked off in 2007, and has since hosted some of the hottest names in today's pop pantheon. Previous guests have included Jay-Z, Lily Allen, The Prodigy, Muse, Kaiser Chiefs, The Killers and The Chemical Brothers.

This year’s two day extravaganza is slated for 19 and 20 August. Following on from the previous two events, the action will be taking place on the premises of Krakow’s Aviation Museum to the west of the city.

Tickets are set to go on sale this coming Monday, 11 April. (nh/jb)
