This has been the result of a consistent policy, since 2006, focused on attracting foreign companies, including Eastern clients and partners, to the Polish trading floor.

The starting group of the Warsaw listed Ukrainian companies comprises mostly agricultural and dairy enterprises, but other sectors are expected to be represented soon.

One of the basic requirements is that a minimum of 10 per cent of the companies' shares are in free float.
