The crisis reconciled the President with the Prime Minister writes Dziennik commenting on yesterday’s Cabinet council meeting.

It was the first day of good news writes the daily, the Polish zloty gained in strength and the politicians finally spoke unanimously, with concern about the state of the country’s economy and currency. 'Sirs', writes Dziennik 'you have finally impressed Poles, showing that you are responsible politicians.'

Gazeta Wyborcza adds, that the government has adopted a detailed  programme on the introduction of the common currency in Poland. President Lech Kaczynski no longer threatened with looming crisis, writes the daily, and the Premier’s hopes, relieved that the head of state will not torpedo government’s key reforms.

Rzeczpospolita publishes an opinion poll showing the public approval for the cabinet council meeting. The government should be meeting with the President in  such particular circumstances, is the prevailing opinion. As if in answer, the President and the Premier had decided to call another such meeting in December.

Financial consultants are the first victims of the crisis in Poland, writes Metro. They rarely had a work contract. They were given a car and a mobile phone  and told to search for prospective credit takers. They earned a lot, the best months could bring some 50 thousand zloty, about 13 thousand euro, writes Metro, now they struggle to get 20% of the sum. The credit and loan , Eldorado, which made bankers and  financial advisors  happy for the past two years is no more, winds up the daily.

A biotherapist helps release traffic jam and diminish car accidents in one of Warsaw’s junctions ,writes the Warsaw city daily Zycie Warszawy, an supplement to Rzezcpospolita. Sparing no costs, special lightning rods had been installed to neutralise the negative energy accumulating at the junction, and apparently, they do help. The police are skeptical writes the daily, but the earlier applied technical solutions to the problem gave no results, now the statistics show a huge drop of accidents on that specific intersection.

And Gazeta Wyborcza heralds the success of Polish dancers. Kamil Kuran and Nadina Kinczel won world championships in the Latino dance category, held in Minsk in Belarus. Kamil is   handicapped, he moves in a wheelchair, but dancing is his passion, writes the paper. Kamil is convinced that if you love it you can do it. It is just a question of will, says the young student. He’s been dancing for eight years now and devotes several hours a week to training.
