Despite cut backs in automobile production across the globe, two Japanese companies have decided to  invest up to 100 million zlotys (23 million euros) in Nowogrodziec, south of Poland.

TBAI Poland, joint venture of Toyota Boshoku and Aisin Seiki is to build a factory to produce seat frames and seat covers to service the group’s companies in Europe. Production will start in 2011 and create around 400 jobs.
