Emergency services have completed the process of identifying the bodies of the victim of the fire in Kamien Pomorski that killed a total of 21 people.
Investigators were forced to resort to DNA testing to identify many of the dead as their bodies were too far burnt to be easily recognizeable.
Twelve of the victims are children between the ages 3-16 years old.
The fire took place in the middle of the night between the 12 -13 April. Now that all of the dead have been identified, families and locals are beginning to plan funerals.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined and four special investigators from the region are working together with local Szczecin police to that effect. (mmj)
