• Polish currency continues its downward trend

The zloty has tumbled from 3.50 to the euro last September to a five-year low, hovering around 4.70. This is bad news for all Poles who have taken housing loans in these currencies as well as for those planning their vacations abroad.

Andy Kureth, editor of the Warsaw Business Journal, explains what led to the fall of the Polish currency.
