Just days ahead of the upcoming commemorations of the outbreak of World War II we look at how different Poland's relations with Russia and Germany are.

Poland's ties with its biggest neighbours have been following different paths. Relations with Germany, which Poland has been integrating with within NATO and the European Union, differ greatly from Russia, a neighbour with which Poland shares a complicated and often painful history.
