The Sejm condemned in a resolution the Soviet aggression on Poland of September 17th, 1939 together with its later implications. Russian politicians have reacted strongly.

The Russian Duma is considering its own resolution in response to the Wednesday statement by the Polish parliament. Anatoly Lukoch, an MP of the communist camp, said the document is "clearly anti-Russian in character" and requires an answer.
