The Monetary Policy Council (RPP) has started a two day session to examine the current conditions of Poland's economy and decide on interest rates. The MPC has kept the basic interest rate intact since June, standing at 3.5 per cent. Despite differences of opinion between some Council members, the body's intentions are clear - to maintain stable rates till the end of the year.
