The first e-Court starts operating in Poland as of today. It was launched in the eastern city of Lublin and will initially deal with simple, non contentious cases.

Life in the 21st century sees a rush of technologies and the omnipresence of the Internet which integrates societies into a global village community. E administration has entered into life greatly easing the time consuming , complex procedures and saving piles of paper. In Poland E- services already help in annual tax reports, social security services and medical services. Now simple admonishing proceedings will be dealt with by the e-Court.
