The year of the Tiger has barely begun and we’re already into International Day of the Cat. Are Poles cat lovers? Some of us, certainly, and most notably President Lech Kaczyński and his twin brother Jarosław Kaczyński, former Prime Minister, head of opposition Law and Justice party.
