As EU scraps nationality quotas, Poland wonders if Central and Eastern Europe will be properly represented in EU’s diplomatic corps.

Foreign Affairs Minister Radosław Sikorski will no longer demand a balanced representation of all the countries in the soon-to-be-established European diplomatic structures, having dealt with EU's refusal to introduce the so-called national quotas for member states in the almost 6,000-strong staff.
