A much needed civic initiative has been launched by  a group of young people in Silesia.

The crash of the Polish presidential plane at Smolensk in April has shown Poles and Russians to have similar sensitivity at moments of national and personal tragedy. Moved by the reactions, Daniel Olbrychski, a well known Polish actor, made a public appeal for casting aside deep rooted mutual prejudices. The idea has seen a quick response.
