“Scandalous and full of lies” comments Polish Defence Minsiter Bogdan Klich on the recently published article in one of America’s most-read weeklies. And not only Klich is sceptical of the text, which slams Polish troops and the country’s logistics efforts in Afghanistan.
One quote in particular, which states that Polish soldiers are “just hanging around”, drove Poland’s Defence Minister Bogdan Klich to criticise the Time article, with apologies and reaffirming backslaps coming from top US commanders in Afghanistan soon after.
