Thumbs down from OSCE observers of presidential elections in Belarus.

International observers have extensively criticised ballot proceedings in the presidential elections held in Belarus, last Sunday. Now, the European community is considering new policy and actions with regard to the Minsk regime, especially after its brutal crackdown on opposition protesters right after the vote.
