"Copy" and "paste" - these very useful computer commands are more and more widely abused by lazy students looking for shortcuts to complete their written assignments. Internet plagiarism is a growing problem at Polish schools of all levels. At a recent competition organized by the National Bank of Poland, some submitted papers turned out to be plagiarized in as much as 90%. They were just scraps from different sources put together to look like a student's essay. Why do Polish students cheat and plagiarize so much?
