Bożenkowo near Bydgoszcz in northern Poland is the venue of a gathering of women whose first name is Bożena.

It is organized, for the second time, by Bożena Andrzejewska and has attracted some 130 Bożennas, who celebrate their name’s day today.

It is a day of entertainment, an opportunity to establish new contacts and do some work for the local community. After a church service tomorrow, all Bozennas are to visit an old people’s home in Bożenkowo and present gifts to its residents. There will also be of course a group photograph. (mk/pg)
