Five kilos of narcotics and five detained people – all the result of a drug bust led by a police dog in Szczecin, northern Poland.
Police confiscated both amphetamines and ecstasy tablets with a value of over 200,000 zloty (over 48,000 euro) – all of which were found by a specially-trained canine in the refrigerator of an apartment in the northwestern city.
Besides drugs, the police found electronic scales, zip-lock bags, mills for breaking down narcotics and ammunition.
Three of those detained were taken into arrest for three months. One person was interviewed and released and the remaining person is under police surveillance. Those arrested have been charged with narcotics possession, selling trade and possession ammunition without a license. (mmj)
