Poland’s Supreme Court yesterday ruled that the twi rounds of presidential elections which ended in victory for Komorowski on July 4 were valid. Jaruzelski - who said he supported Komorowski in the second round - would have accepted the invitation, says TVN 24.
Former presidents Aleksander Kwasniewski and Lech Walesa - who also supported Komorowski’s candidacy - will be attending the inauguration ceremony. (pg)
