Following many complaints from readers, thenews.pl has introduced a system whereby all comments will be moderated before being published. This is a temporary measure while a registration scheme is developed.
Comments will be regularly moderated during normal working hours – from 08.00 CET – 18.00 CET – and less regularly during non-working hours.
Guidelines
Just to repeat our guidelines when making contributions. We do not accept bad language or comments, the sole purpose of which are to insult a person’s ethnicity, nationality, gender, religious affiliation, sexual preference.
Please keep your comments short and to the point.
What kind of comments are we looking for?
We value thoughtful comments from a wide range of views.
But please, no personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, spam, incoherence...
Do we edit comments?
No. Comments are either approved or they're not.
A full registration system will be introduced in due course. Please be patient while we work on this system. Apologies to those of you who have not abused the system to date.
