Students are claiming that the reason why over 200 candidates have failed final exams at the Higher Police School was due to lecturer’s revenge.

Candidates to become police officers claim that the poor results followed students complaining to Police Headquarters that they were being maltreated.

Just 17 out of 220 candidates passed the exam.

It cost over 6 million zloty (1.5 million euro) to organize the 7-month course for police officers feed them and accommodate in the Higher Police School in northern town of Szczytno.

Students complained of a poor level of teaching.

The tutors, on the other hand, claim that the students cheated during exams and exam papers must have leaked in advance.

Police HQ has set up a special commission to investigate. (mg)
