• Poll - government breaks election promises
  • 30.03.2011
Almost three out of every four Poles hold the view that the Prime Minister’s Civic Platform party has not implemented the promises it had made during the election campaign four years ago.

According to a poll by the CBOS Institute, 69 per cent of Poles do not trust government claims on both economic and political issues.

Among those who are of the high opinion of the Civic Platform, only one percent of the respondents think that the party has fully delivered on its election promises and 16 per cent say that they are more or less convinced that this is the case.

The OBOP survey also says that the general tone of comment about the government of Donald Tusk is “rather critical” in half of Polish families. (mk)
