PM Jaroslaw Kaczynski expressed a conviction that the Law and Justice (PiS) will win the snap election. At a press conference in Zakopane.

Kaczynski emphasized that if the Law and Justice wins the election, he will remain PM. He added that PiS thinks not about coalitions, but about an outright victory.

PM Kaczynski declared that his party wants to shift away from the type of politics represented by the Liberal Democratic Congress in the early ‘90s, which is likely to be pursued by the Civic Platform (PO).

“When there are no more factories to privatize, one starts to think of privatizing hospitals”, said Jaroslaw Kaczynski. He also expressed an opinion that Donald Tusk should apologize for the statements he made in the early ‘90s, when he said that “transformation is more important than democracy”.

PM Kaczynski concluded by adding that Donald Tusk should not be PM, otherwise there will be continuous conflicts between the President, his twin brother Lech Kaczynski and Prime Minister.
