The leader of the Civic Plaform (PO) said on Monday that a new coalition declaration would most likely be presented to the president and public opinion at the beginning of next week.
PO’s candidate for prime minister added that the declaration would outline the key objectives of the new PO - Peasants’ Party (PSL) coalition.
He said that although the coalition allies trusted each other a lot, there were still some question marks over the composition of the future government, but the foundations had been laid.
Tusk admitted that there were two to three candidates for ministers in a few ministries.
The PO leader also said he did not exclude that the ministries of labour and environmental protection would be handed over to non-partisan politicians and added that Waldemar Pawlak, the leader of his coalition partner (PSL) agreed with the idea of employing experts from outside of the ruling parties.
