The new Law and Justice (PiS) deputy chairmen will be Aleksandra Natalli-Świat, Przemysław Gosiewski and Zbigniew Ziobro, writes DZIENNIK daily. They are to take over after three party rebels Paweł Zalewski, Kazimierz Ujazdowski and Ludwik Dorn who yesterday resigned from the party management.
The previous deputy heads are to lose their posts in the PiS Political Committee at a party congress to be held in December. What is more, it is likely they will not be able to speak at the congress, if earlier on disciplinary proceeding are taken against them, the newspaper writes.
PiS chairman Jarosław Kaczyński declared yesterday that the rebels should take consequences of their behaviour.
"If someone radically disagrees with the party’s political agenda, they should give up their MP mandates", Kaczyński said on Polish Radio One yesterday.

arosław Kaczyński was angry that the information about the resignation of the three rebels – with justification – found its way to the media. They appealed to Kaczyński for more openness to discussion and more democracy in decision-making within the party. (photo: Jakub Szymczuk)
