PM-to-be Donald Tusk asked Agnieszka Liszka, Ph.D. to become the new government’s spokeswoman. Liszka accepted the proposition.
“My co-workers took on the duty of talking with candidates and researching their assets and jointly made the decision. And I accepted it,” explained Donald Tusk.
“Agnieszka Liszka is not politically known but I have huge trust in her,” said Tusk. “Her main task will be to make all ministers available,” he added and ask all journalist for a warm welcome.
Agnieszka Lipka is a graduate of the Institute of Journalism and the Institute of International Relations at Warsaw University.
She worked as a journalist for the Warsaw Television Centre and was Andrzej Olechowski’s spokesperson in his presidential campaign in 2000 and in local elections campaign, as well as Polish insurance company PZU S.A. Currently she works for consulting firm McKinsey & Company Poland. (jm)
