Sixty six percent of Poles are disappointed with the the work of parliament, a poll by GfK Polonia pollster reveals.
Around one in two said that there is no difference between the current and previous, extremely unpopular lower house of parliament - the Sejm.
Only 31 percent positively evaluated the Sejm, but only two percent of respondents said that they were “very pleased” with its work.
While comparing the current term of office - elected last autumn - with the previous one as many as 49 percent said that there is no difference between them. Twenty six percent believe that the sixth term of parliament since 1989 is better than the fifth; 22 percent answered that it is worse and three percent had no fixed opinion.
The poll was conducted on November 4 on a sample of 500 Poles. (jm)
