The average wage in Poland went up by 1.5 percent in real terms, new figures from the Central Statistical Office reveal.


Gross wages in Q4 2010 amounted to 3438.21 zloty (around 880 euro), with the average wage for 2010 as a whole amounting to 3224.98 zloty (around 827 euro).

The rise in wages is 1.5 percent in real terms on 2009. The base amount in 2010 stood at 2822.66 zloty. (jb)
