19th World Championships in throwing hammers at TV sets are taking place in the locality of Bałąg near Olsztyn, north-eastern Poland. 

Just like in previous editions of the contest its  participants will compete in two categories: Pal-Secam – throwing at a television set e from a 10 meter distance and a field throw during which contestants hit the TV set while covering the distance of one and a half kilometer with the lowest number of throws deciding about the victory.

The championships are organized by Jaroslaw Guła on his grassland. TV journalists are not allowed to enter the premises of the event.
