Saturday officially launched the election campaign to the European Parliament. Prime Minister Donald Tusk started the campaign for the Civic Platform in Poznań, today going on to Kraków.

Opposition leader Jarosław Kaczyński yesterday joined the Law and Justice convention in Wrocław, announcing that his party intended to form a new group in the European Parliament together with British Conservatives and Czech ODS, to create a strong influence in the European Parliament.

Mr.Kaczyński argued that his party’s slogan of “More for Poland” was not against but for Europe and signified equality and solidarity.
