A ceremony marking the 90th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Poland and Japan took place at the Polish embassy in Tokyo. During the ceremony the Polish ambassador to that country Jadwiga Rodowicz  handed over congratulatory messages from Poland’s PM Donald Tusk and foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski to their Japanese opposite numbers. The leaders and ministers of both countries expressed hope that Poland and Japan will continue widening mutual political and economic cooperation. The celebrations include an exhibit of Japanese calligraphy made by Polish students of embassy employees.
