Unionists from the Rolling Stock Repair Works demonstrated in front of the Prime Minister’s Office in Warsaw. Some one thousand workers from ten factories protested against planned job reductions and demanded government intervention into the decision of the rolling stock authorities concerning open tenders. The protesters claim that irrational decisions of the rolling stock boards could lead to the decline of this branch of industry.
