The seventh Passion Festival titled “Crucifixus est..”, marking the beginning of Holy Week, opens in Warsaw.

The organizers of the event, the Romuald Traugutt Philharmonic and the Priesthood of Artistic Circles, have prepared special concerts for each day of the week before Easter.

As tradition has it, concerts featuring passion music will take place until Wednesday, followed by the Paschal Triduum liturgies, both held at St. Albert’s and St. Andrew’s Church in the capital. The festival will end on Holy Saturday on 11 April.
