The police has detained the person responsible for the leak of national junior high school exams to the Internet.

18-year old man from Warsaw published the exam questions with solutions on the Web before the exam took place.

'The police tracked down the IP number of his computer very quickly. We have yet to investigate how it happened that this young person was in possession of these tests,' said Mariusz Sokołowski, spokesman of the Polish police.

Head of Poland's Central Examination Commission said that those persons who will be proven to have seen the test results before the test, will have to re-take the exam. Others will bear no consequences of the scandal.
