The police confiscated over 80 computers, 32 hard drives and more than 5,000 CDs and DVDs, along with mobile phones and intoxicants during the operation.

Coordinated by the central team for counteracting human trafficking in the Criminial Bureau of the Police Headquarters, the action was carried out by several hundred police officers across the country. They searched through a total of 60 homes and company premises.

An inspection of the seized items, where court experts will conduct an examination centered on pedophiliac content, will enable placing charges against their owners and users of the computers.
