Four people have been killed and two injured in a pile-up of four cars on national route no.92 from Poznań to Pniewy in the vicinity of Bytyń.

Probably the driver of one of the cars lost control of the vehicle when taking a curve at high speed and collided head-on with a car coming from the opposite direction. They were then hit by two other cars. Police also say that the road could have been slippery because of rain.

Local residents claim that the stretch of road has always been dangerous and accidents happen frequently. A detour was organized until the cars could be removed.
